The Role: Receptionist
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, service-driven professional passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality. You’ll:
- Maximise room revenues while maintaining company standards.

Key Requirements
- At least one year’s experience in a hospitality or customer service role (hotel/relations preferred).
- Proven communication & organisation skills – Can prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving – Decisive and proactive in fast-paced environments while enjoying dynamic settings.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience
- Manage arrivals, departures, and requests in alignment with company policies.
- Deliver compliant, efficient check-in/out processes with exceptional hospitality.
- Anticipate guest needs by actively listening during transitions.
Operational Excellence
- Handle cash, float, and till procedures strictly per company policy.
- Provide detailed information on hotel services, facilities, and local offerings.
- Uphold coordination through daily team meetings.

Revenue & Growth
- Up-sell strategically using promotions and incentives.
- Manage and resolve enquiries, bookings, and complaints promptly.
- Professionally manage telephone systems while adhering to operational guidelines.
