The Role: Receptionist

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, service-driven professional passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality. You’ll:

Key Requirements

  • At least one year’s experience in a hospitality or customer service role (hotel/relations preferred).
  • Proven communication & organisation skills – Can prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving – Decisive and proactive in fast-paced environments while enjoying dynamic settings.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience

  • Manage arrivals, departures, and requests in alignment with company policies.
  • Deliver compliant, efficient check-in/out processes with exceptional hospitality.
  • Anticipate guest needs by actively listening during transitions.

Operational Excellence

  • Handle cash, float, and till procedures strictly per company policy.
  • Provide detailed information on hotel services, facilities, and local offerings.
  • Uphold coordination through daily team meetings.

Revenue & Growth

  • Up-sell strategically using promotions and incentives.
  • Manage and resolve enquiries, bookings, and complaints promptly.
