Calling all exceptional Receptionists with backgrounds in elite cabin crew, performing arts, asset management, or private equity reception — this is a rare opportunity to step into a true “forever role” within a prestigious, global investment management firm.

Based in stunning, design-led offices in the heart of Victoria, this is a highly visible, front-of-house role sitting at the centre of a high-performing and collaborative workplace team. You will act as the face of the business, delivering a seamless, polished and deeply professional experience to an elite client base including HNWIs, investors, and senior stakeholders.

Working on a dual reception, you will partner closely with an established and highly regarded Receptionist, taking direction from an exceptional Office Manager, and contributing to a culture defined by excellence, precision, and warmth.

🌟 The Role

  • Be the ultimate brand ambassador – poised, articulate, and impeccably presented
  • Deliver a best-in-class front-of-house experience, meeting and hosting VIP guests
  • Manage meeting rooms via Outlook and Teams, ensuring seamless scheduling
  • Maintain a flawless, five-star reception environment at all times
  • Coordinate meetings, internal events, and town halls with precision
  • Set up and reset meeting rooms to exceptional, detail-driven standards
  • Oversee pantry, catering, and office supplies with a luxury service mindset
  • Liaise with suppliers and support the smooth day-to-day running of the office
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support to the wider team

✨ About You

  • 3–5 years’ experience as a Corporate Receptionist within asset management, private equity, or investment environments
  • OR experience running a high-profile, dual reception within a financial services setting
  • A background in elite cabin crew, luxury hospitality, or high-end client service is highly desirable
  • Performing arts background strongly preferred – bringing presence, confidence, and emotional intelligence
  • Degree educated, with strong communication skills and natural gravitas
  • Exceptionally well-spoken, polished, and confident with senior stakeholders
  • Highly organised, proactive, and responsive to direction from an Office Manager
  • Calm under pressure with a genuine passion for service excellence
  • A career receptionist mindset – seeking longevity, stability, and growth within investment
