Job Description
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front of House Receptionist to deliver an exceptional guest experience at one of London’s most iconic locations.
As the first point of contact for clients, guests, and occupiers, you will create a warm welcome, manage front-of-house operations, coordinate meeting rooms, and ensure every visitor receives a seamless five-star experience. Working closely with the housekeeping and workplace teams, you will play a key role in maintaining a professional, efficient, and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and occupiers, providing outstanding customer service.
- Manage reception, visitor enquiries, telephones, and the reception inbox.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, setup, inspections, and refreshments.
- Support with basic AV/IT troubleshooting and escalate issues where required.
- Complete workplace audits and ensure meeting spaces remain presentation-ready.
- Build positive relationships with clients, occupiers, and service partners.
- Support board meetings, office administration, and ad hoc tasks.
- Follow Health & Safety procedures and maintain site security awareness.

Hours
- 40.5 hours per week, shifts from 8:30-18:00 Monday – Thursday, and 8:30-17:00 on Fridays.
Salary
- £36,954 per annum
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Receptionist, Front of House, Hospitality, or Customer Service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, polished appearance with strong attention to detail.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, flexible, and solutions-focused approach.
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in corporate offices, facilities, or property environments is advantageous.
