The Role
As our Receptionist/Patient Advisor, your role is to ensure every patient feels like a superstar from the moment they step into our clinics. You’ll often be the first professional they meet, so your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with patients, including pre- and post-treatment communication
- Assisting during patient consultations
- Scanning patients’ eyes using state-of-the-art equipment as part of comprehensive health checks
- Guiding patients through health questionnaires
- Introducing patients to their optometrist
- Scheduling treatment dates
- Presenting and discussing financial options
- Accurately maintaining and updating patient records
