The Role

As our Receptionist/Patient Advisor, your role is to ensure every patient feels like a superstar from the moment they step into our clinics. You’ll often be the first professional they meet, so your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with patients, including pre- and post-treatment communication
  • Assisting during patient consultations
  • Scanning patients’ eyes using state-of-the-art equipment as part of comprehensive health checks
  • Guiding patients through health questionnaires
  • Introducing patients to their optometrist
  • Scheduling treatment dates
  • Presenting and discussing financial options
  • Accurately maintaining and updating patient records
