Readypower Rail Services is looking for a Receptionist to support our operations.
This is a part-time, 12 month fixed term contract (maternity cover), working Thursday & Friday, 8:30 – 5:00. The position is based at our Winnersh Head Office.
The ideal candidate will be confident to handle calls, greet visitors and support with administration tasks.
The Role
- Greet visitors and inform the relevant department that their visitor has arrived
- Answering incoming calls and directing callers to the appropriate department
- Manage the Reception email inbox
- Book hotels as required for Operations
- Support with ad hoc administration

Requirements
- Experience as a Receptionist, or similar
- Experience using MS Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills and time management skills
- High level of confidentiality and accuracy
