About the Role
Receptionists are the heartbeat of our guest experience, delivering exceptional hospitality at every interaction. From seamless check-ins to unforgettable service, your warmth and professionalism welcoming each guest.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Welcome guests with genuine friendliness, warmth, and an insensitive smile
✔ Manage check-in and check-out efficiently and professionally
✔ Guide guests with detailed knowledge of our hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
✔ Handle inquiries, and resolve questions promptly and politely
✔ Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth, stress-free guest journeys
✔ Answer incoming calls, accurately allocate rooms, and prepare guest billing
Typical Tasks & Duties
- Handling multiple guest requests simultaneously
- Maintaining a fast, seamless check-in/check-out process
- Providing directions, reservations, and local information
- Resolving guest concerns in a calm, professional manner
Requirements & Qualities
To excel as a Receptionist, you should:

✅ Preferred: Previous experience in a 4-star hotel reception role
✅ Preferred: Familiarity with Opera PMS systems
