Role Description
M+A Partners is a progressive firm of Chartered Accountants, Tax Specialists and Business Advisers. Our vision is to be the firm of choice, through our team fulfilling their potential and delivering exceptional client service.
To provide efficient administrative and support service to the firm as part of the daily operations of the business. This role will be part of the Business Support team, who play a pivotal role in building and maintaining client relationships and providing an exceptional front of house service.
This is a full time role where your working hours would be 8.00am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week) and you would be based in our Norwich office. This is a fixed term maternity cover position.
Duties
- Providing daily front of house and reception services to all guests and team members
- Welcoming clients and preparing refreshments such as tea and coffee
- Keeping a log of all visitors
- Arranging client meetings
- Booking meeting rooms for team members in both Norwich and Cromer offices
- Helping with appointment coordination for the Cromer Partner and team
- Liaising with Cromer clients for various documents and queries
- Dealing efficiently and effectively with incoming calls
- Providing administrative support to all departments
- Filing, scanning and archiving client correspondence
- Maintaining the quality of the stored files
- Maintaining a log of all books, records, and client collection items, including notifying team members and obtaining signatures upon collection
- Performing general typing tasks, including drafting emails, formatting documents, and inputting data
- Managing all incoming and outgoing post, including sorting, date-stamping, scanning
- Main point of contact for the Cromer branch, including printing and posting
- Helping to keep the reception area and meeting rooms clean and tidy
- Keeping telephone lists up to date
- Managing information with the utmost discretion

- Previous experience within professional services is desirable
- Previous administration experience is essential
