Receptionist
Receptionist – Part-Time (Monday & Tuesday) at mydentist (Salisbury)
About the Role
Join mydentist, the UK’s leading dental provider, as a Receptionist at our vibrant practice in New Canal, Salisbury (SP1 2AA). This part-time role (8 hours daily, 8:15–5:15) involves delivering outstanding customer service—both in person and over the phone—to patients and customers while managing front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients warmly—in person and via phone
- Ensure smooth scheduling and efficient appointment management
- Provide clear, tailored information to patients and customers
- Maintain compliance and organisation by supporting daily/weekly practice tasks
- Operate within a fast-paced setting, handling challenges with professionalism
The Practice
Based on-site at our 5-surgery practice in the heart of Salisbury, you’ll be part of a supportive, experienced team. On-site parking is available.
