Role Overview
📍 Salary: £35,000 per annum 📍 Location: Flexible travel across London sites in the City & West End ⏰ Shift Pattern: Monday–Friday, 7:00–18:00 (40 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional hospitality experience to ensure every staff member, client, and visitor enjoys a seamless journey from arrival to departure.
- Manage meeting rooms – bookings, room allocations, and set-up – ensuring all client, VIP, and event requirements are met with precision.
- Maintain reception areas, meeting rooms, and guest-facing spaces at uncompromising standards, escalating maintenance issues as needed.
- Provide a professional, warm, and proactive reception service, welcoming visitors and managing enquiries efficiently.
- Coordinate seamless client interactions by liaising with PAs, coordinators, catering, and IT teams, ensuring smooth meeting and event execution.
- Oversee visitor access, issue passes, manage attendee records, and handle arrival communications with accuracy.
- Support AV readiness while ensuring meeting room operations run flawlessly for a smooth client experience.
- Handle telephone and email enquiries with prompt, friendly attention, upholding exceptional customer service at every touchpoint.
- Foster a one-team culture through clear communication with clients, senior management, and colleagues while collaborating effectively with service partners.
