Receptionist
Position: Occasional Worker Contract Salary: £13.21 per hour
We are looking for a friendly, passionate, and energetic Receptionist to join our team at AC Hotel by Marriott Manchester Salford Quays.
About the Role
First impressions are everything, and you will set the tone for every guest’s stay. With a genuinely warm welcome, you’ll be ready with answers to questions, offering information about:
- Hotel services
- Facilities
- Local area
- Restaurant and bar menus
- Meeting room bookings
You’ll be the face of our hotel for guests staying on property, as well as visitors using our:
- Restaurants
- Bars
- Meeting rooms

Experience preferred but not essential: ✔ Prior experience in a branded hotel environment (training provided if none)
Work Environment
We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year, with flexible shifts including:
- Evenings and weekends (peak demand times)
- Discussable shift patterns, contracted hours, and flexibility at interview
