As a Receptionist, you will support members across all teams and other business support functions, manage meeting rooms, and serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. You will perform a variety of administrative tasks to ensure organizational effectiveness and operational efficiency.

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and adaptable professional with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Main tasks will include:

  • Organising meetings and appointments across multiple time zones
  • Managing travel arrangements
  • Diary management
  • Front of House meeting, greeting guests and answering main phone line
  • Managing the booking of meeting rooms and resolving conflicts
  • Setting up refreshments and video conferences
  • Managing all incoming and outgoing post/deliveries
  • Expense filing and corporate credit card management
  • Supporting the business support team where needed
  • Holiday cover for other assistants
  • Handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborating with a range of people and functions across the business
  • Be ready to contribute as a problem solver, providing support for a variety of office needs and be prepared for challenges and tasks the company growth will bring
