We are supporting a leading global asset management firm in their search for a Receptionist to join their London office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an early-career professional looking to build a long-term career within financial services. Based in stunning offices in the heart of London, you will join a collaborative and welcoming business with a strong reputation for developing its people. You will work closely with an experienced group of EAs, Receptionists and business support professionals, gaining valuable exposure to a fast-paced corporate environment while developing the skills and confidence needed to grow your career.

The Role

This is much more than a traditional reception position. Sitting at the heart of the office, you will be a key part of the team, helping to create a seamless experience for employees, clients and visitors while gaining exposure to a variety of business support responsibilities. This is an excellent platform to develop skills in stakeholder management, administration, coordination and business support, while gaining first-hand exposure to a leading financial services firm.

  • Shift rotation between 8:00 am - 5:30 pm and 8:30 am - 6:00 pm
  • Fully office-based
  • Central London
