We are seeking a Receptionist/ Office Administrator to join our team at Woodmansterne Primary School and Nursery, part of Bourne Education Trust.
As a Higher Receptionist/ Office Administrator, you are responsible for providing, with a high level of accuracy, effective and efficient administrative and clerical support within the school alongside an excellent and proactive front-line customer service to families and visitors.

Details
Job title: Receptionist/Office Administrator
Location: Banstead, Surrey
Contract: Term time, permanent
Hours: 27.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 09.00 -15.00, 30 min unpaid break each day, 36.8 weeks per year
Salary: Surrey pay scale 3, FTE £25,132 - actual £15,585
Responsible to: Office Manager, School Business Leader and ultimately Headteacher
Key Responsibilities Include
- Provide effective administrative support to the School Business Leader and office team
- Undertake general admin duties as required for the efficient function of the office team
- Keep up-to-date records of changing school information and maintain key information for reference and distribution, as necessary
- Contribute to the effective management of the school reception throughout the school day, especially during the peak periods

Essential Requirements Include:
- Ability to demonstrate an awareness, understanding and commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children
- Experience working in an office environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Educated to GCSE Standard at Grade A - C for a minimum of 5 GCSEs including Mathematics And English, Or Equivalent Qualifications
