Receptionist (16 Hours per Week)
Location: The City Ground, Nottingham, NG2 5FJ
Contract: Full Time (16 hours a week - Monday & Tuesday)
Salary: Please state your expectations within your application

About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the reception area, ensuring a warm greeting for all visitors, enforcing signing-in procedures, and sharing health & safety information. As the first point of contact for many guests, you must embody strong customer service and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and signing in all visitors professionally.
- Handling telephone calls, screening requests, and referring enquiries appropriately.
- Responding to emails and managing reception communications.
- Ensuring security protocols and health & safety compliance at all times.
- Distributing incoming parcels/post effectively.
- Keeping the reception area stocked, presentable, and tidy.
- Monitoring overall cleanliness and maintenance of reception rooms.
- Providing support to internal teams as a point of contact for front-of-house queries.
- Undertaking any additional duties necessary for the role.

Requirements & Skills
- Previous experience in a front-of-house or administrative environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanour.
- Ability to adapt and remain flexible in a dynamic environment.
- High-quality, accurate, and efficient work practices.
- Strong written & verbal communication with all colleague levels.
- Self-motivated with a prioritisation mindset.
- Willingness to cover external hours for holidays and absences.
