Job Role: Receptionist (Part-Time)

Location: London - Onsite (Mon, Weds, Thurs)

Who we are:

We believe everyone can be better with a coach... and we won’t stop until we get there.

Coaching changes people’s lives. It helps them be happier and more productive in their work. It turns entire companies into more inclusive, more productive places to be. That’s why we’ve made it easy for more people – not just those at the top – to benefit from the world’s best coaches. This is true of our EZRA team. We believe a happy team is a productive one. We help our people grow, to care deeply about and be proud of what we do.

The Role:

We're looking for a warm, organised, and proactive Receptionist to be the first face — and voice — people meet when they walk into our London office. Reporting to the Office Manager, you'll set the tone for how EZRAnauts, clients, and guests experience us from the moment they arrive. It's a brilliant way to be at the heart of a fast-growing, purpose-driven company, working onsite Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome every visitor, client, and EZRAnaut like they're the most important person to walk through the door — because to us, they are.
  • Own the front desk: calls, emails, post, couriers, and pointing enquiries to the right people, fast.
  • Keep meeting rooms running like clockwork — booked, set up, and ready to go.
  • Team up with the Office Manager on the day-to-day: suppliers, deliveries, supplies, and keeping everything restocked.
  • Help new starters feel at home from day one — access passes, desks sorted, and a proper office tour.
  • Keep reception and communal spaces looking tip top.
  • Keep records, reports and systems accurate and up to date.
  • Jump into other projects as they come up — we like people who roll up their sleeves

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
