As our Receptionist, you’ll be the first smile our guests see and the last goodbye they remember. You will:

- Welcome guests warmly, handle check-in/out, and manage guest accounts with accuracy.
- Respond to calls, messages, and requests with professionalism and care.
- Keep guest information and hotel procedures secure and confidential.
- Support other hotel teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.
- Take every opportunity to upsell services and showcase our facilities.
We’ll provide full training on our systems and procedures, plus a one-night stay so you can experience the hotel from a guest’s perspective.
Qualifications
We believe attitude and personality are everything – we can teach skills, but not passion. To thrive with us, you’ll need:

- A genuine willingness to learn and an eagerness to contribute.
- Previous hotel experience (essential).
- Experience with Opera PMS or Opera Cloud (essential).
- A friendly, professional approach and fluency in English (other languages a plus).
