Patient Health Care Navigator

Location: Greenwich Hours: Full or Part Time Salary: Full-time equivalent £26,436.80 (40 hours per week)

We are seeking an enthusiastic Patient Health Care Navigator to join our established team and contribute to a company making a meaningful difference in healthcare.

Based in our GP surgery, you’ll deliver a high-quality and efficient administration service, handling both inbound and outbound patient calls. As the first point of contact for patients, you must ensure a friendly, supportive, and professional experience for all visitors while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality, discretion, empathy, and tact.

You’ll also provide essential support to clinical and management teams, ensuring seamless delivery of NHS Primary Medical Services. Autonomy and discretion are key—your role demands both empathy and assertiveness to navigate sensitive patient needs effectively.

This is an opportunity for driven individuals seeking impact, where genuine care makes a real difference to people’s lives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
