About the Client:
An established and leading investment firm based in the heart of the West End! They are looking for a proactive and personable Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to join their team.
About the Receptionist / Administrative Assistant role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a professional and collaborative team as a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant! This is a varied and busy role, and will involve front of house / receptionist responsibilities as well as supporting with various administrative tasks. The responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

- Front of house / reception responsibilities including meeting and greeting of visitors
- Managing meeting rooms (of which there are 4), setting up/clearing of meeting rooms including refreshments
- Placing orders, replenishing of stock, kitchen supplies
- Overflow support to the 3 EAs in London. This will include booking of light travel (flight, taxis) and processing of expenses using Concur
- Other ad hoc admin tasks as required

Candidate Specification:
- Previous experience in a front of house, or similar, role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to juggle multiple priorities
- Hands on, flexible approach to tasks
- Proactive, 'can-do' attitude
Additional Information:
- Competitive salary, plus discretionary bonus and excellent benefits
- Fully office-based role
- West End office location
- Core hours are 9am-6pm
