Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating outstanding first impressions? CPL, in partnership with a luxury private healthcare facility, is looking for a professional, personable, and proactive Front-of-House Admin to become the welcoming face of a prestigious and growing clinic.

You'll play a key role in ensuring every patient, visitor, and consultant receives a seamless, personalised experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the front-of-house function.

What you'll bring:

  • 3+ years' experience in front-of-house, reception, concierge, hospitality, or private healthcare
  • Proven hospitality and healthcare experience
  • Confidence in sales, cross-selling, and upselling
  • Outstanding communication and organisational skills
  • A polished, professional approach with excellent attention to detail
  • Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
