Temporary Receptionist
Location: London
Rate: £14.80 per hour
Contract: Temporary (1 month, could extend)
We're currently supporting a leading advertising agency in London with the search for a temporary Receptionist.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, creative environment where you'll be the face of the business, welcoming visitors, supporting the team, and ensuring everything runs smoothly across the front of house.
The Role Will Involve:
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
- Managing a busy switchboard and handling incoming calls
- Booking and coordinating meeting rooms
- Supporting with general administration and ad hoc tasks
- Helping to create a welcoming and professional office environment
- Assisting the wider team whenever needed

We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Has previous reception experience at an agency
- Is confident handling calls and managing a busy front desk
- Has a smiley, bubbly, and approachable personality
- Is proactive and happy to get stuck in
- Takes pride in delivering a great experience for visitors and colleagues
- Is organized, professional, and reliable
