Receptionist
Receptionist Salary: £10,599 per annum (FTE £26,497.50), plus company benefits Location: Bristol, BS2 0PS Contract: Part Time, Permanent Shifts: 15 hours per week, Monday and Tuesday rotating 8am-4:30pm, 8:30am-5pm and 9am-5:30pm with 1 hour unpaid break Work model: Fully onsite
Williams Lea seeks a Receptionist to join our team!

Purpose of role
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors calling or visiting our client’s office. Duties include welcoming clients and visitors to the office, handling switchboard calls, organising and preparing hospitality and offering administrative support to the firm. Every task which is undertaken must be delivered with an exceptional customer service approach.
A successful Receptionist should have a welcoming and pleasant personality, with the ability to easily build rapport with people. They’ll be able to deal with urgent tasks in a timely and effective manner, and the ability to multitask is important for this position.
Key responsibilities
You will provide quality service to our visitors and assist with all administrative tasks that support your colleagues on a day to day basis:
- Welcoming all visitors, completing sign in access and issuing authorised cards
- Arranging client meetings and events, booking travel arrangements and booking hire vehicles for staff
- Providing hospitality and arranging IT equipment when required
- Daily liaison with the Boardroom Services Assistant to ensure a smooth running of the daily request
- Working closely with the office services department to ensure all materials and printing needs are completed in time for events
- Answering telephone and email enquiries, redirecting them to the appropriate department

Personal attributes
- Previous experience in Receptionist role is essential
- A committed attitude and dedication to creating a memorable guest experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, professional always
- Ability to prioritise workloads and work under pressure
