Top tier law firm are looking to recruit a high level front of house receptionist to manage all day to day operations.
Providing an outstanding level of client and customer service within the reception team specifically
In The Duties Of
- Providing hospitality to all clients and offering any further assistance clients/visitors may require;
- Booking and setting up video conference facilities;
- Organising taxis for clients and staff;
- Booking parking;
- Organising high-profile dinners and events;
- First point of reference for executives, PA's and clients;
- Meeting room reservations;
- Ensuring all meeting rooms are prepared bespoke to each individual meeting - i.e. confirming all catering, audio-visual and technology requirements;
- Ensuring all meetings run to an efficient timetable;
- Maintaining an efficient administration system;
- Liaising closely with the facilities team;
- Ad-hoc administrative duties for lawyers;
- Ensuring all IT issues are dealt with in a timely and effective fashion by liaising with in-house IT support staff;
- Liaising with the post room to ensure all business mail is delivered promptly;
- Provision of local area knowledge for travel needs and external hospitality.
