Your future, as a Receptionist at mydentist

You’ll be joining us at our Worthing Orthodontic practice, BN11 1BN.

About the Role

As a Receptionist, you will provide outstanding customer service to our customers and patients, both face to face whilst visiting the practice, and by managing phone calls to our front desk. This role is for 36hrs.

Working Pattern

  • Monday: 10:30am-6:30pm
  • Tuesday: 8am-4pm
  • Wednesday: 10:30am-6:30pm
  • Thursday: 8am-4pm
  • Friday: 8am-5pm

As a Receptionist, you’ll be based on site in our practice, so home working is not possible.

What you'll be doing

  • Welcome customers warmly – in person and over the phone
  • Keep appointments running smoothly and efficiently so everything flows well for the team
  • Share clear, helpful information tailored to each customer
  • Support daily and weekly tasks to keep the practice organised and compliant
