Receptionist

Front of House / Receptionist Role

Are you a proactive, people person with exceptional organisational skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service?

We are looking for a professional, friendly, and efficient Receptionist to be the welcoming first point of contact for callers and visitors to our client’s office. This is a standalone Reception role, so you’ll need to be comfortable working on your own and managing incoming visitors confidently.

This is more than a reception role—it’s an opportunity to be at the heart of a professional front-of-house role and really make the role your own!

Key Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Greeting visitors with warmth, professionalism, and confidence
  • Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries efficiently
  • Coordinating the booking, setting up, and clearing down of meeting rooms, ensuring visitors receive a first-class experience
  • Handling emails, correspondence, and administrative tasks
  • Supporting the team with day-to-day queries
  • Maintaining a professional and organised reception area
  • Building positive relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
