About TRIBE

We’re seeking a Receptionist Supervisor to join our TRIBE community as we redefine hospitality in London. Our groundbreaking TRIBE hotel—launched in summer 2022—blends bold, modern design with mainstream functionality, delivering a high-end experience at an accessible price. Core to our ethos is authenticity, stress-free service, and crafting unforgettable yet effortless moments for guests. As a Receptionist Supervisor, you’ll shape this experience with your curiosity, care, and no-nonsense attitude.


The Role: What You’ll Do

  • Lead by example: Maintain an upbeat, solution-driven attitude even when problems arise.
  • Guests first: Manage arrival/departure processes, ensuring procedures are followed flawlessly.
  • Team responsibility:
    • Supervise daily operations, upholding SOP compliance.
    • Train, direct, and coach the front desk team.
    • Address issues with a solution-focused mindset.
  • Guest interactions:
    • Handle in-house requests, documenting feedback meticulously.
    • Validate correct billing and guest pricing per strategy.
    • Ensure Comfortable from Accor (points system) is accurate and timely.
  • Service excellence:
    • Answer phone calls promptly and efficiently.
    • Escalate maintenance issues and verify resolution.
    • Preserve a spotless, welcoming public/back-of-house environment.
    • Collaborate across all hotel teams and partners to elevate guest satisfaction.
  • Emergency readiness: Join crisis and fire safety teams.
  • Desk ownership: Keep the reception area tidy and professional.
  • Duty coverage: Step into second-in-command roles when the Guest Service Manager/AFOM is absent.
