Receptionist
Receptionist Aberdeen Anderson Drive Premier Inn Hotel
Working 32 hours per week, our role pays up to £13.06 per hour.
About the Role
Come and be the Receptionist at Premier Inn Aberdeen Anderson Drive. As the welcoming face of our hotel, you’ll use your aggregating personality and customer service skills to achieve guests feel valued from the moment they arrive.
Your responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests and checking them in professionally.
- Collaborating with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms meet our high standards.
- Ensuring guests have a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Your responsibilities
As part of the team, you’ll use your customer service passion to deliver an excellent guest experience. Key tasks include:
- Warming greetings to create a friendly environment.
- Successfully processing check-ins and administrative tasks.
- Supporting the hotel operations as needed.
