Receptionist Team Member

Receptionist

Join our team at Studley Castle, part of the Warner Hotels Group. This 209-bedroom hotel with 180 years of history offers modern facilities including a spa, cabaret dining restaurant, and beautiful grounds in rural Warwickshire.

Pay Rates: Up to £12.71 per hour, depending on age.

What Will I Be Doing?

As part of our supportive team, you will:

  • Develop and grow into delivering great customer service on reception
  • Work closely with the Reception Manager and Reception Team Leaders
  • Play a key part in the smooth running of the reception area

  • Willingness to learn: Open to improving knowledge on customer service, our products, and tailored selling
