What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide a warm, professional welcome to all patients and visitors
  • Manage appointment bookings and maintain accurate patient records
  • Process payments and handle administrative tasks with precision and care
  • Coordinate with dentists, nurses, and managers to ensure smooth practice operations
  • Promote and upsell dental services to support patient treatment plans
  • Contribute to creating a positive, welcoming atmosphere in the practice

Skills & Experience We’re Looking For

  • Desirable: Previous experience in customer service or reception roles
  • Must have: A confident, professional, and approachable communicator
  • Ability to multitask efficiently while staying calm under pressure in a busy environment
  • Attention to detail and strong IT skills for handling bookings/records
  • A team player who thrives on helping others and builds meaningful connections
