What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to all patients and visitors
- Manage appointment bookings and maintain accurate patient records
- Process payments and handle administrative tasks with precision and care
- Coordinate with dentists, nurses, and managers to ensure smooth practice operations
- Promote and upsell dental services to support patient treatment plans
- Contribute to creating a positive, welcoming atmosphere in the practice
Skills & Experience We’re Looking For
- Desirable: Previous experience in customer service or reception roles
- Must have: A confident, professional, and approachable communicator
- Ability to multitask efficiently while staying calm under pressure in a busy environment
- Attention to detail and strong IT skills for handling bookings/records
- A team player who thrives on helping others and builds meaningful connections
