Role Description
The Receptionist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Manchester. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting patients and visitors, managing check-in and check-out procedures, and ensuring a welcoming front-of-house experience. Daily tasks include:

Qualifications
- Demonstrated Receptionist Duties experience, including greeting visitors, managing appointments, and handling front desk operations.
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to manage calls, inquiries, and patient interactions professionally.
- Proficient Clerical Skills, such as record keeping, data entry, filing, and use of office software and scheduling systems.
- Proven Customer Service abilities, with a focus on empathy, discretion, and resolving queries in a patient-centric manner.
- Previous experience in a medical, healthcare, or clinic setting is highly beneficial.
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Comfort with using computers, electronic booking systems, and email for day-to-day operations.
- Reliability and punctuality, with a professional appearance and demeanor suited to a luxury clinical environment.
