We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the industry and the work they do and will consistently perform to the highest level, ensuring all Lympstone Manor standards met, they will work as a team to provide the very best possible levels of customer service providing the guest with an unforgettable stay. Proven experience in the use of hotel reservation systems and in similar hotels desirable.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Undertaking evening, weekend, early and late shifts
- Being a focal point for hotel guests and employees when on shift
- Handling all external and internal calls in the correct manner, ensuring that guest requests are met
- Handling guest reservations and booking to the correct standard
- Ensuring knowledge of the hotel, clients and services are maintained at all times

Can I get to Lympstone Manor via public transport?
You can take the coastal train from Exeter St. Davids or Exeter Central train stations, take the Exmouth train and exit at Lympstone village. It is a 15 minute walk to Lympstone Manor from the train station.
Do I need the right to work in the UK?
In line with the requirements of the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. As part of the recruitment process, you will be asked to provide documented evidence of eligibility.
Do you provide employee accommodation?
The hotel may be able to offer on-site staff accommodation, in order to help the newest members of the team re-locate and settle in.
