We are seeking professional and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Booking Site Office Receptionist. The successful candidates will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work efficiently under pressure, and a flexible approach to work, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with guest check-ins and provide a warm, welcoming service.
  • Handle general enquiries, both in person and via phone or email, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
  • Perform general office duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining a well-organised reception area.
  • Provide information to guests regarding site facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Handling administrative duties related to bookings and customer records.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar receptionist or customer service role is preferred. Full training will be provided to the right candidate.
  • Applicants must be over 18 years of age.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • A customer-centric attitude with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays as required.
