Join Our Team - Receptionist πŸ“ Sheffield | πŸ•’ Full-Time, Permanent

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive first impression? We're looking for a Receptionist to join our team and play a key role in supporting our patients, visitors, and wider business functions.

As the first point of contact for the One Health main office, you will be the welcoming face that greets our visitors, and the friendly voice that supports our patients over the phone. This is a varied and rewarding role where you will make a real difference to the patient experience, while supporting a range of administrative functions across the organisation.

The role involves:

  • Welcoming visitors and providing a professional reception service
  • Managing meeting room bookings, refreshments, and visitor requirements
  • Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
  • Assisting patients with enquiries and appointment changes
  • Supporting the Patient Liaison and Accounts teams with administrative tasks
  • Managing emails, post, stock ordering, and general office administrations
  • Helping ensure every patient receives high quality care

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous reception, switchboard, and office administration experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A professional, friendly, and empathetic approach
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding patient service
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Experience within a healthcare or medical environment is desirable but not essential
