Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive, warm, and people-focused Receptionist (Client Support Executive) to be the welcoming face of our operation, based at the corporate offices of a reputable law firm.

If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-end environment and love creating exceptional client experiences, this role is for you.

As the first point of contact for all external visitors, you’ll set the tone for their entire experience. Your responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring seamless, professional, and memorable interactions.
  • Supporting internal teams to maintain smooth workplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a professional, friendly welcome to all external clients, ensuring consistent positivity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both visitors and internal colleagues.
  • Manage room bookings and car park reservations with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support the planning, coordination, and setup of events (both internal and external).
  • Go above and beyond to enhance client satisfaction and create memorable experiences.

Working Hours & Salary

  • 21 hours per week
  • Rotating shifts (7am–7pm)
  • Core days: Tuesday–Thursday, with flexibility for overtime on Mondays and Fridays
  • Salary: £14,687 per annum

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience delivering 5-star service in a busy, corporate or hotel setting.
  • Previous experience in a professional, client-facing role.
  • Background in a high-end corporate environment, including managing client relationships.
