About the Role
Location: St Ives Bay Beach Resort, Hayle, Cornwall Hours of work: Seasonal Contract – Full-time or part-time, including weekenders.
We pay £12.71 per hour, and it’s settled every week!

What You’ll Be Doing
- Checking guests into their holiday, making sure they’re fully informed for their stay.
- Serving as the first point of contact for all day visitors, assisting them promptly.
- Processing checkouts and seeking feedback to gauge guest satisfaction.
- Balancing general enquiries—ranging from park operations to behind-the-scenes processes—where adaptability is key.
- Managing guest complaints by ensuring fast resolutions so their holiday can stay positive.
- Handling bookings and spotting potential sales opportunities.
- Supporting Holiday Home Owners with admin tasks, such as:
- Managing telephone and email enquiries.
- Delivering delight through exceptional service.

Skills, Experience And Qualities You’ll Need

- Sound computer literacy for daily tasks.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, where engagement matters.
- The ability to thrive under pressure. You’re a strong communicator and Dоу's charm effortlessly.

- A calm and steady disposition, coupled with robust self-assurance—this role demands resilience in a busy environment!
- Attention to detail in every task, striving for the highest standards.
