Receptionist Role at Ferndown Dental Practice
Location: Ferndown Dental Practice, 400-402 Ringwood Road, BH22 9AU
Hours: 42.50 per week, Monday–Friday

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional greetings to patients and visitors
- Manage appointment schedules and maintain meticulous patient records
- Handle financial transactions (payments) and administrative duties
- Ensure seamless collaboration between dentists, nurses, and staff to keep operations running smoothly
- Promote dental services to enhance patient care and treatment uptake
- Foster a positive, welcoming atmosphere in the clinic

Required Skills & Experience
- Prior experience in customer service or receptionist roles is advantageous
