About the Role
We are looking to appoint a highly reliable, efficient, and adaptable Receptionist to be part of our highly regarded support team, which aims to provide an outstanding administrative service in all areas of the school.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all visitors to the school and must be highly personable with excellent communication both written and verbal. Other administrative duties may be required to support our busy administrative team.
Key Requirements
We are seeking someone who:
- is positive and friendly.
- enjoys working as a team.
- offers enthusiasm and energy to the role.
- has excellent IT skills.
- has high standards of communication (written, face to face, telephone), with an excellent eye for detail and accuracy.
- is able to organise and prioritise workload.
- has a knowledge of BROMCOM – although this is not essential, training will be given
- ideally has previous school experience, but this is not essential.
