As the face of the business, the Receptionist / Office Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for clients, including high-net-worth individuals and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and calls
- Delivering a high-end client experience, including HNW individuals
- Managing meeting rooms, bookings, and setup
- Overseeing daily office operations and supplies
- Handling general administration and team support
- Managing office queries, maintenance, and supplier relationships
- Supporting senior stakeholders, including EA and leadership team
- Events & Culture:
- Planning and delivering quarterly socials and office events
- Managing the annual social budget
- Driving creative initiatives to enhance workplace culture

What Background and Experience Are They Looking For?
- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a corporate, service, or hospitality environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Confident, professional manner with HNW clients and senior stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and proactive approach
- Creative flair, particularly for events and culture initiatives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
