Receptionist/Office Manager - (Job Share Available)
This brand new, innovative and leading clinic based in North London are seeking a professional, friendly, and organised Receptionist to join their growing healthcare team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent customer service and administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
As they operate Monday to Saturday from 8:00am to 8:00pm, flexible working patterns and job share arrangements are available.
Key Responsibilities Welcoming patients and visitors in a professional and compassionate manner Managing telephone calls, emails, and appointment bookings Registering patients and maintaining accurate records Supporting clinicians and healthcare staff with scheduling and administration Handling patient enquiries efficiently and confidentially Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area Carrying out general administrative duties including filing, scanning, and document management

Requirements Previous reception, administration, or customer service experience Healthcare or medical reception experience is a must Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities Confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office Professional, reliable, and approachable manner Ability to work flexibly across opening hours where required Desirable Skills Phlebotomy experience or qualification would be highly advantageous Candidates able to support with blood taking/phlebotomy services will be viewed favourably
