Receptionist/Site Administrator
Join us as a Receptionist/Site Administrator at our Broomfleet site in Gilberdyke, nr. Brough!
Wienerberger Ltd manufactures and provides wall, roof and landscaping products for the construction sector. We offer innovative and sustainable solutions across the whole building envelope for new build, renovation projects and across the building industry.
About The Role
As an office-based Site Administrator/Receptionist you will…
Undertake reception duties, liaising with people attending site and ensuring site inductions are completed and kept up-to-date Provide general administrative support to enable the smooth running of the plant Purchase order creation and placement, goods receipting, dealing with invoice queries, weekly outstanding jobs list and general commands using SAP Produce a range of Excel, Word and PowerPoint documents as and when required Communicate with both external and internal clients demonstrating professionalism at all times Data inputting using various spreadsheets, SAP and other bespoke software systems Assisting Office Manager with payroll and undertaking payroll cover as required Ensure training files and related documentation are audit ready at all times Actively look for areas that you may be able to provide help and support in the form of administration

This site produces Roof tiles, supporting our manufacturing of high‑quality building materials across the UK.
This position is based at our Broomfleet site, which is near Gilberdyke and is commutable from Goole, Market Weighton, Hessle, and Brough.
Please note, as there is no access to site by public transport, a driving license is required.
Hours of Work: 22.5 hours per week; 08.00am to 04.30pm, Wednesday to Friday.
About You
Essential Skills & Experience
Reception experience including answering telephone, greeting contractors, visitors etc. Proactive and organised approach with the ability to prioritise tasks Confident verbal and written communication Good IT Skills, in particular Word and Excel Timesheet/payroll data input Ability to work to high levels of accuracy with a high level of attention to detail Experience of working in a fast-paced working environment SAP experience is desirable Hours of Work: 22.5 hrs over 3 days (Wednesday to Friday)
