Reclaim Technician
What you will do
- Initially working on Day Shift to complete training, moving to FED once completed.
- Generating new silicon from stores and processing according to specs so that the required silicon is available for each process.
- Reclaiming used silicon by organizing various processes in Photo, Etch & Furnace.
- Accounting for the silicon reclaim operation, preparing weekly reports to monitor numbers, types, and costs of wafers used.
- Control the shipments of used reclaim wafers to the reclaim houses.
- Responsible for the update of all Reclaim Specs.
- Supporting the training for OM’s to support the reclaim process.
- Working on various cost reduction projects.
- Supporting additional activities within the Manufacturing support Group.
- Supporting NPI activities within the Manufacturing support Group.
What you will need
- Fab-related experience in one or more areas.
- Detailed knowledge of potential cross-contamination, pre- & post-gate, and pre- & post-metal etc.
- Ability to work as part of a team and good communication skills.
- An organized and planned approach to work will be required, along with the ability to prioritize and escalate when necessary.
- A good working knowledge of Excel will also be needed (but training will be provided as appropriate).
- Minimum of 12 Months experience in Manufacturing.

Shift Information
- Day Shift: Monday - Friday
- FED (front end days): Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 7am till 7pm
- Day Shift: Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 7am till 7pm
Please note training will take place on Day shift Monday - Friday
