We are currently seeking a records clerk to assist with a major scanning project, which will then be saved in the firm’s iManage Work document management system. The ideal candidate will possess record keeping experience in a professional services environment.
About the Role
As a Records Associate, your role is to assist in the effective management and organization of records within the organization. Your attention to detail and adherence to data protection and privacy regulations will be essential in safeguarding sensitive information and maintaining compliance.
Key Requirements
- General understanding of Records management software and its practical application
- Tech savvy and comfort with learning new software
- Familiarity with any kind of scanning is critical
- Outstanding organizational skills, extreme accuracy, and meticulous attention to detail
- Professional demeanor and the ability to independently manage a high-volume workload

Additional Information
- Overtime is required
- Ability to lift boxes weighing approximately 20–25 pounds is necessary
