Recoveries Specialist - German Speaking (Graduate/Entry Level) | London | £30-35k

A fast-scaling B2B lending company is looking for a German-speaking Recoveries Specialist to join their London team, working closely with the German-based recoveries function.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to get into financial services. You don't need years of finance experience. If you're fluent in German, a strong communicator, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

  • Recovering funds where contractual repayments have not been upheld by borrowers
  • Following a structured recoveries escalation process - contacting borrowers via phone, email and SMS
  • Liaising with brokers and account managers to establish contact and resolve outstanding payments
  • Keeping accurate records of all communication and recovery actions
  • Supporting the wider recoveries team as the business scales

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
