Your new role
We're delighted to be recruiting for Income Recovery Assistant to join our exciting Income team. This position will be based from our Yeovil office and will run for a 12-month fixed-term contract.
We’re looking for someone with customer service skills who, with our help and support, will be able to proactively contact customers from when they first go into rent arrears up to pre-notice to avoid arrears escalating.

This role involves supporting and signposting customers to maximize income through benefits and employment and taking responsibility to resolve customer queries in respect of their rent accounts and associated sub-accounts, whilst using initiative to ensure effective contact and collection of monies and arrears.
