Recovery Assistant
At Loaf we make insanely comfy sofas, beds and homewares that help people lead more comfortable lives. Founded in 2008, Loaf has steadily grown each year to become one of the leading premium furniture and homeware brands in the UK. We now have 11 Shacks (stores to everyone else!), with more on the way. It's an exciting time to join an ambitious business.
We have Recovery Assistant positions available, based in our Nuneaton Warehouse. Responsible for processing all 1 and 2 man returns.
The Job
Check records within Loaf system Unpack and inspect customer returned products Assessment of item to disposal route Remove minor marks from sofa’s Log and photograph products Repack items to as new standard for return to stock Provide support to QC Team as required Unload return trailers

We're looking for
Excellent attention to detail Physically fit (heavy lifting within role) Ability to use initiative to problem solve and work independently Previous experience of working within a Warehouse environment A great team player with the ability to promote and help build a positive work environment The ability to take responsibility and be accountable for your actions Confidence and common sense Experience of Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Desirable) Reach Truck License (Desirable)
