Join Achieve Recovery Services (GMMH) as a Recovery Coordinator
Achieve Recovery Services unites dedicated professionals from diverse backgrounds to deliver life-changing support, opportunities, and treatment for individuals and families affected by drug and alcohol use. As part of the Achieve Partnership, we drive meaningful change within our communities.
With a new long-term contract (commencing April 2026) to deliver drug and alcohol treatment across Salford, Trafford, and Bury, we are expanding our team and offering multiple permanent, full-time Recovery Coordinator roles (37.5 hours/week) based in Achieve Salford.

- Expertise in the recovery agenda and a commitment to person-centred care

Responsibilities
As a Recovery Coordinator, you will:
- Conduct initial assessments with individuals seeking support
- Provide compassionate, structured case management, empowering individuals to overcome substance misuse challenges
- Collaborate closely with families, significant others, and partner agencies
- Use motivational and strengths-based approaches to foster hope and progress
- Support individuals to achieve and maintain recovery goals
- Offer advice, advocacy, and support to substance misusers
- Develop realistic recovery plans with service users
- Facilitate access to psychosocial interventions (both within and external to the service)
