Recovery Coordinator

Change Grow Live are a charity dedicated to the belief that we can make a difference to our Service Users lives, offering support and respect in a safe environment, treating each user as an individual and working with them to find the right treatment and care options.

Our core values are ‘Be open, be compassionate and be bold’ and our team members apply these daily to achieve our mission of helping people change the direction of their lives, grow as individuals, and live life to its full potential.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Recovery Coordinator who has the skills and experience to assess and engage with our service users, ensuring that they access the right intervention at the right time, in a way that best meets their needs.

You will work within an opiate-focused team, with opportunities to support across other areas depending on service need. The service provides person-centred support to individuals experiencing drug and alcohol issues, helping them achieve positive and sustainable outcomes.

Where Brighton - Richmond House

Full Time Hours 37.5 per week

Contract Type Fixed Term Contract - until 31st of March 2027

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will manage a structured caseload of clients, maintaining consistent engagement while delivering high-quality, outcome-focused support. You will provide tailored interventions based on individual needs, balancing empathy with a clear focus on progress and accountability. A core part of the role involves maintaining accurate, timely, and detailed case records, using digital systems effectively to support safe and consistent care. A strong understanding of safeguarding is essential, including the ability to confidently identify, assess, and respond to risk. You will work collaboratively with external agencies and partner organisations, contributing to a coordinated and professional approach. The role requires the confidence to have open, constructive conversations, including appropriately challenging behaviours when needed to support positive change. The service operates flexibly to meet client needs, including a late opening during the week and Saturday morning provision. Recovery Coordinators take part in a rota to support this. The role is primarily based at Richmond House, however flexibility is required as some service users may be unable to attend the service due to health or mobility issues. In these cases, you will be expected to undertake home or hospital visits to ensure continuity of care and engagement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
