Recovery Coordinator
We have an exciting opportunity for a Recovery Coordinator who has the skills and experience to assess and engage with our service users, ensuring that they access the right intervention at the right time, in a way that best meets their needs.
Role Overview
You will primarily work within our Generic Team, with opportunities to support other teams depending on service needs. The team provides person-centred support to individuals experiencing drug and alcohol issues, helping them achieve positive and sustainable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a structured caseload of clients, ensuring consistent engagement and delivery of high-quality support.
- Provide tailored interventions to meet individual needs while maintaining accurate, timely, and detailed case records.
- Demonstrate an excellent understanding of safeguarding to identify, assess, and respond appropriately to risk.
- Liaise effectively with external agencies and partner organisations to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to care.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and the ability to respond positively to changing priorities and service demands.

About You
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and confidence in completing administrative tasks.
- Good understanding of safeguarding principles.
- Experience in, or the ability to develop skills in, managing a caseload.
- Strong IT skills.

Interview process
This role involves a two-stage interview process. Candidates who are successful at the initial stage will be invited to progress to a second-stage interview.

- Location: Online (Microsoft Teams)
