Help men rebuild their lives beyond drug and alcohol addiction.

Watch genuine transformation happen over months and years.

On-site in Streatham, Croydon & Clapham | £33,500 | Permanent | 35 hours per week

As a Recovery Practitioner, you'll work alongside men as they rebuild their confidence, strengthen relationships, develop practical life skills and prepare for independent living after addiction.

Because residents often stay with us for many months - and sometimes up to two years - you'll have the opportunity to build genuine relationships and see the long-term impact of your work.

"I felt supported but still in charge of my life and choices." — Nehemiah resident

Why Nehemiah?

We're a close-knit charity where relationships matter. You'll quickly get to know every resident, work alongside supportive colleagues and be part of a team where your ideas are valued.

As a smaller organisation, you'll have the opportunity to influence how we develop our services while seeing the difference your work makes over time.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
