Job Description
Join Lifeways in Southampton – You're not just anyone.
- Shift Pattern: 10am–10pm with sleep-ins
- Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour

What You'll Be Doing
No two days are the same—and that’s the beauty of it. You’ll be:
- Supporting individuals with conditions like schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, autism, and substance misuse
- Helping with medication, appointments, budgeting, and daily living skills
- Encouraging community engagement through college, volunteering, and creative activities
- Creating recovery plans and maintaining high standards of documentation
- Being a consistent, calming presence in a dynamic environment
