RECOVERY WORKER - BAKERY COURT

Essential Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Access to a vehicle for work (mileage paid)
  • Willingness to work shifts – weekends and bank holidays on a rolling rota

Key Responsibilities

About the Role

As a Mental Health Recovery Worker, you will:

  • Support adults (18+) with severe mental health needs
  • Work across our supported living service in Norwich (NR2) and within the North Norfolk community
  • Deliver person-centred, recovery-focused support
  • Help individuals achieve their goals through tailored interventions
  • Develop and review risk assessments, safety plans and recovery plans
  • Empower people to build independence, choice and control

You will also be expected to work from our Bakery Court base office at least 2 days per week as part of our hybrid team approach.
